FJX1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FJX1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,102 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FJX1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FSCN1, CD276, and GOLPH3L. Each is linked with FJX1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FJX1-to-partner and partner-to-FJX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FJX1 versus FSCN1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FJX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FJX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
