FJX1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FJX1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,098 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FJX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL21P2, BMP7, and IDH3B. Each is linked with FJX1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FJX1-to-partner and partner-to-FJX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FJX1 versus RPL21P2 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FJX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FJX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
