Across TCGA cell cohorts, FJX1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,244 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FJX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CAPG, GNG12, and EMP1. Each is linked with FJX1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FJX1-to-partner and partner-to-FJX1 results are reported.
