FITM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FITM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,576 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FITM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP86, RN7SL248P, and USP9YP10. Each is linked with FITM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FITM1-to-partner and partner-to-FITM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP86 grouped by FITM1-low versus FITM1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FITM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FITM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
