FIGNL2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FIGNL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,851 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FIGNL2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PALM, RPS6KA1, and SEC23B. Each is linked with FIGNL2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FIGNL2-to-partner and partner-to-FIGNL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FIGNL2 versus PALM in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FIGNL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FIGNL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
