Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FIGNL2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated FIGNL2 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS), where higher FIGNL2 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FIGNL2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and PAAD show a favorable association.

UCS, PAAD, and LUAD are the cancer types where FIGNL2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
