FIGNL2-DT

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FIGNL2-DT RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,162 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FIGNL2-DT-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of actin filament organization, Post-Golgi vesicle-mediated transport, and Regulation of protein polymerization. Each is linked with FIGNL2-DT in more than 27 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FIGNL2-DT-to-partner and partner-to-FIGNL2-DT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of actin filament organization grouped by FIGNL2-DT-low versus FIGNL2-DT-high in STAD.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FIGNL2-DT→partner) and Y-score (partner→FIGNL2-DT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
