FH

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,870 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FH-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1292P, LINC01499, and RNU4-58P. Each is linked with FH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FH-to-partner and partner-to-FH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1292P grouped by FH-low versus FH-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FH→partner) and Y-score (partner→FH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
