FGFR4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FGFR4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,856 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FGFR4-associated genes across cancer lineages are SENP3-EIF4A1, GPI, and RAC3. Each is linked with FGFR4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FGFR4-to-partner and partner-to-FGFR4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SENP3-EIF4A1 grouped by FGFR4-low versus FGFR4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FGFR4→partner) and Y-score (partner→FGFR4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
