FGFR4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FGFR4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FGFR4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MS4A10, HMGB4, and FAM71C. Each is linked with FGFR4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FGFR4-to-partner and partner-to-FGFR4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MS4A10 grouped by FGFR4-low versus FGFR4-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FGFR4→partner) and Y-score (partner→FGFR4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
