FGFR3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FGFR3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,284 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FGFR3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CEP170, VIM_S412, and SND1. Each is linked with FGFR3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FGFR3-to-partner and partner-to-FGFR3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FGFR3 versus CEP170 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FGFR3→partner) and Y-score (partner→FGFR3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
