FGFR3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FGFR3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,238 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FGFR3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZFYVE21, BMP7, and NR2E1. Each is linked with FGFR3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FGFR3-to-partner and partner-to-FGFR3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FGFR3 versus ZFYVE21 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FGFR3→partner) and Y-score (partner→FGFR3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
