FGFR3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FGFR3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,758 significant associations in total. BLCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FGFR3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SCP2, ATP5F1A, and PEF1. Each is linked with FGFR3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FGFR3-to-partner and partner-to-FGFR3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SCP2 grouped by FGFR3-low versus FGFR3-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FGFR3→partner) and Y-score (partner→FGFR3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
