FGFR3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FGFR3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 100 significant associations in total. BLCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FGFR3-associated genes across cancer lineages are FASN, p70-S6K, and Smac. Each is linked with FGFR3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FGFR3-to-partner and partner-to-FGFR3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FASN grouped by FGFR3-low versus FGFR3-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FGFR3→partner) and Y-score (partner→FGFR3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
