FGFR3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FGFR3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 971 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FGFR3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASIP, ACBD5, and RCN2. Each is linked with FGFR3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FGFR3-to-partner and partner-to-FGFR3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASIP grouped by FGFR3-low versus FGFR3-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FGFR3→partner) and Y-score (partner→FGFR3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
