Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, FGFR1OP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,624 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FGFR1OP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CCDC91, PPM1F, and PPFIBP1. Each is linked with FGFR1OP2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FGFR1OP2-to-partner and partner-to-FGFR1OP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FGFR1OP2 versus CCDC91 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FGFR1OP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FGFR1OP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
