FGFBP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FGFBP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,595 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FGFBP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD3G, S1PR1, and THEMIS. Each is linked with FGFBP2 in more than 20 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FGFBP2-to-partner and partner-to-FGFBP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FGFBP2 versus CD3G in THYM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.75.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FGFBP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FGFBP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
