FGF5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FGF5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,765 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FGF5-associated genes across cancer lineages are HSPE1P14, MIR1263, and ACACA. Each is linked with FGF5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FGF5-to-partner and partner-to-FGF5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HSPE1P14 grouped by FGF5-low versus FGF5-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FGF5→partner) and Y-score (partner→FGF5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
