Across TCGA patient cohorts, FGF4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 48 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FGF4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-982P, LINC02517, and RNU1-140P. Each is linked with FGF4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FGF4-to-partner and partner-to-FGF4 results are reported.
