FGF21

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FGF21 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,282 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FGF21-associated genes across cancer lineages are SCEL, UEVLD, and SCEL-AS1. Each is linked with FGF21 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FGF21-to-partner and partner-to-FGF21 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FGF21 versus SCEL in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FGF21→partner) and Y-score (partner→FGF21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
