FGF21

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FGF21 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 335 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FGF21-associated genes across cancer lineages are KXD1, RNU6-142P, and RAC1P7. Each is linked with FGF21 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FGF21-to-partner and partner-to-FGF21 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KXD1 grouped by FGF21-low versus FGF21-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FGF21→partner) and Y-score (partner→FGF21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
