The most reproducible FGF21-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Intrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway in response to endoplasmic reticulum stress, L-amino acid biosynthetic process, and Proteinogenic amino acid biosynthetic process. Each is linked with FGF21 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FGF21-to-partner and partner-to-FGF21 results are reported.
