Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, FGF20 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 89 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FGF20-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL23P4, AKIRIN1P2, and NDUFS5P5. Each is linked with FGF20 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FGF20-to-partner and partner-to-FGF20 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL23P4 grouped by FGF20-low versus FGF20-high in LIHC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FGF20→partner) and Y-score (partner→FGF20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
