FGF13

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FGF13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,711 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FGF13-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FGF13_S208, GUCY1B1, and CACNA2D1. Each is linked with FGF13 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FGF13-to-partner and partner-to-FGF13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FGF13 versus FGF13_S208 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.81.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FGF13→partner) and Y-score (partner→FGF13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
