Across TCGA patient cohorts, FGF13 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 1,436 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FGF13-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPRD2_T482, SPTAN1_S1217, and TJP1_S10. Each is linked with FGF13 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FGF13-to-partner and partner-to-FGF13 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FGF13 versus RPRD2_T482 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.59.
