Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, FGF13 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,723 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FGF13-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL23AP94, MIR548S, and MIR6779. Each is linked with FGF13 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FGF13-to-partner and partner-to-FGF13 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL23AP94 grouped by FGF13-low versus FGF13-high in BLCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FGF13→partner) and Y-score (partner→FGF13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
