FGF13

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FGF13 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 256 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FGF13-associated genes across cancer lineages are TCP11X1, IFNA8, and SCGB1C1. Each is linked with FGF13 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FGF13-to-partner and partner-to-FGF13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TCP11X1 grouped by FGF13-low versus FGF13-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FGF13→partner) and Y-score (partner→FGF13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
