FGF11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FGF11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,213 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FGF11-associated genes across cancer lineages are KLC2, SNAP29, and MTATP6P30. Each is linked with FGF11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FGF11-to-partner and partner-to-FGF11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KLC2 grouped by FGF11-low versus FGF11-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FGF11→partner) and Y-score (partner→FGF11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
