FGF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FGF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 310 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FGF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are POM121C, OR6R2P, and MIR6766. Each is linked with FGF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FGF1-to-partner and partner-to-FGF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, POM121C grouped by FGF1-low versus FGF1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FGF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FGF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
