FES

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FES RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,099 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FES-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ANKRD44, FES_T421, and ARHGAP45. Each is linked with FES in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FES-to-partner and partner-to-FES results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FES versus ANKRD44 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FES→partner) and Y-score (partner→FES) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
