Across TCGA patient cohorts, FES mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FES-associated genes across cancer lineages are p90 RSK, MSH2, and PCNA. Each is linked with FES in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FES-to-partner and partner-to-FES results are reported.
