FER1L4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FER1L4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,750 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FER1L4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ACSF2, RNASE3, and SEC24A. Each is linked with FER1L4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FER1L4-to-partner and partner-to-FER1L4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FER1L4 versus ACSF2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FER1L4→partner) and Y-score (partner→FER1L4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
