FER1L4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FER1L4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 36 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FER1L4-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAPDH, ATM, and c-Met_pY1235. Each is linked with FER1L4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FER1L4-to-partner and partner-to-FER1L4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GAPDH grouped by FER1L4-low versus FER1L4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FER1L4→partner) and Y-score (partner→FER1L4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
