FDXR

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FDXR RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,239 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FDXR-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DDB2, STX7, and DDB2_S26. Each is linked with FDXR in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FDXR-to-partner and partner-to-FDXR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FDXR versus DDB2 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FDXR→partner) and Y-score (partner→FDXR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
