Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, FDXR protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,344 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FDXR-associated genes across cancer lineages are HAPLN3, SPATA18, and CENPN. Each is linked with FDXR in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FDXR-to-partner and partner-to-FDXR results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FDXR versus HAPLN3 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.32.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FDXR→partner) and Y-score (partner→FDXR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
