FDXR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FDXR mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FDXR-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, Rad50, and ATM. Each is linked with FDXR in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FDXR-to-partner and partner-to-FDXR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Notch1 grouped by FDXR-low versus FDXR-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FDXR→partner) and Y-score (partner→FDXR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
