FDPS

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FDPS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 981 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FDPS-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4652, RNU6-662P, and RN7SL20P. Each is linked with FDPS in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FDPS-to-partner and partner-to-FDPS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4652 grouped by FDPS-low versus FDPS-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FDPS→partner) and Y-score (partner→FDPS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
