Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RPL19P1 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RPL19P1 expression is associated with patient survival in 9 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in UCEC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RPL19P1 is differentially expressed in 2, with the highest sampling consensus in COAD. Additionally, RPL19P1 RNA expression shows 6,307 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Together, these results highlight UCEC, COAD, and STAD as cancer lineages where RPL19P1 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
