FDPS

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FDPS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FDPS-associated genes across cancer lineages are DEFA4, DCAF12L1, and EPPIN. Each is linked with FDPS in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FDPS-to-partner and partner-to-FDPS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DEFA4 grouped by FDPS-low versus FDPS-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FDPS→partner) and Y-score (partner→FDPS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
