FDCSP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FDCSP RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 516 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FDCSP-associated genes across cancer lineages are CSN3, CRX, and TBC1D3. Each is linked with FDCSP in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FDCSP-to-partner and partner-to-FDCSP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FDCSP versus CSN3 in SOFT_TISSUE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FDCSP→partner) and Y-score (partner→FDCSP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
