FCMR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FCMR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,104 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FCMR-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM97P2, COX5A, and MRPS16. Each is linked with FCMR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FCMR-to-partner and partner-to-FCMR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TMEM97P2 grouped by FCMR-low versus FCMR-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FCMR→partner) and Y-score (partner→FCMR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
