FCGR2A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FCGR2A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 25,021 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FCGR2A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TBC1D2B, THEMIS2_T593, and TYROBP. Each is linked with FCGR2A in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FCGR2A-to-partner and partner-to-FCGR2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FCGR2A versus TBC1D2B in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FCGR2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→FCGR2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
