Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, FCGR2A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,752 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FCGR2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD33, HRH2, and SIGLEC9. Each is linked with FCGR2A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FCGR2A-to-partner and partner-to-FCGR2A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FCGR2A versus CD33 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FCGR2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→FCGR2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
