FCGR2A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FCGR2A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FCGR2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, A-Raf_pS299, and FASN. Each is linked with FCGR2A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FCGR2A-to-partner and partner-to-FCGR2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EGFR_pY1068 grouped by FCGR2A-low versus FCGR2A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FCGR2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→FCGR2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
