Across TCGA cell cohorts, FCGR2A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,963 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FCGR2A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity, Type IIa hypersensitivity, and Type II hypersensitivity. Each is linked with FCGR2A in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FCGR2A-to-partner and partner-to-FCGR2A results are reported.
