Across TCGA patient cohorts, FCGR1CP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,228 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FCGR1CP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AIF1, ANKRD44, and LPXN. Each is linked with FCGR1CP in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FCGR1CP-to-partner and partner-to-FCGR1CP results are reported.
