Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FCGR1CP RNA is linked to patient survival in 25 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated FCGR1CP data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher FCGR1CP RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FCGR1CP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and STAD show a favorable association.

KIRC, SKCM, and UVM are the cancer types where FCGR1CP RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
