Across TCGA patient cohorts, FCGBP RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,940 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FCGBP-associated genes across cancer lineages are TNFRSF11A, FGD2, and HPGDS. Each is linked with FCGBP in more than 26 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FCGBP-to-partner and partner-to-FCGBP results are reported.
