FCGBP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FCGBP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,189 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FCGBP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are S100B, XPO5, and HSPD1_S70. Each is linked with FCGBP in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FCGBP-to-partner and partner-to-FCGBP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FCGBP versus S100B in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.75.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FCGBP→partner) and Y-score (partner→FCGBP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
