FCGBP

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FCGBP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,251 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FCGBP-associated genes across cancer lineages are FFAR4, CX3CR1, and CD207. Each is linked with FCGBP in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FCGBP-to-partner and partner-to-FCGBP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FCGBP versus FFAR4 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FCGBP→partner) and Y-score (partner→FCGBP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
